Leek + Potato Soup with Blue Cheese (Veggie)

This is the Cuban Chef’s own twist on a thick and creamy classic. The secret ingredient is blue cheese. Not enough to be overpowered by its blue cheese, but enough to make the flavour of the soup delicious, creamy and flavoursome.
