Prices

Food and beverage prices quoted are subject to New Jersey State Sales Tax of 7%. Labor charges, rentals, and miscellaneous charges are subject to New Jersey State Sales Tax of 7%. Prices and taxes are subject to change without notice.

Delivery Charges for Drop-Off Menus

If additional staffing or set-up is needed, each staff person will be billed at an hourly rate of $25.00 per hour based on portal to portal. Gratuity is not included and is at the discretion of the guest.

Beverages

Los Pueblos offers a wide variety of non-alcoholic beverage options.

Menu Items

Most menu selections will be creatively displayed on disposable platters. Some of the menu items are intended to be served at room temperature. As necessary, additional heating and assembly instructions will be included.

Deposit and Payment Policy

For drop off events, a 50% deposit is necessary to confirm the catering contract. The balance is due the day of the function. Any adjustments are payable or credited within ten (10) days, provided credit has been established with Los Pueblos Catering.

Service Ware

Disposable service ware (plates, napkins, utensils, bowls) are provided for all
events at 10% over the actual guest count. Additional service ware can be provided
at a cost of.50¢ per person. Please note when placing your order whether additional
service ware will be needed.

Sterno - $2.00 each

Guarantee

Los Pueblos requires notification of the exact number of guests five days prior to the function. Once received, this number constitutes a guarantee. If no written or verbal guarantee is received, the contracted number will be considered your guarantee.
